Ervin Liz og tre andre elevar har vore på fjelltur og overnatta i snø-hòle. Dei er elevar på vidaregåande, UWC, og dei hadde med ein lærar. Dei hadde prosjekt-veke.

The last weekend me and three other students went with Alistair who is the IB coordinator at my school, to make a cave in the snow.

This activity is an Alistair’s tradition, each year he and few students go skiing up to the mountains where the Dale river beings. Tthe trip is an amazing experience. The people who go there usually face many challenges, just as I did: First crossing a frozen lake, then climbing a hill with the skies on and a quite heavy back pack, just to mention these examples.

_Overall the experience’s benefits overweighs its costs: The benefits are of course to feel free, to breathe pure and clean air, to sleep in a cave which not many people can do, and the pleasure of being a Colombian able to ski in the Norwegian mountains with great people. That is just amazing and unique.

The costs in this case are to get tired for a while and sometimes to get cold, almost freezing, but anyways it is really worth it to get cold for a while._

Desse fjella er eit mykje brukt turterreng for folk i Dale. Du kan køyre bil mot Steiestølen. Her er mange hytter.
